Cancellation and Refund Policy
· Order cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 5 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors-merchants-suppliers and they have initiated the process of supply.
· If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, Books villa will refund the entire amount within 10 working days.
· If you've received the product and want to return it, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 2 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
· The original packing of the book (s) should not be opened.
· We may cancel the order(s) if the ordered book(s) are not available through our sources, or for any other reason.
REPLACEMENT (EXCHANGE) TERMS:
· You can request for a full refund or replacement of book(s) if it has a production or manufacturing defect such as incorrect printing or if you have received an incorrect book.
· Kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery, if you receive any book(s) in manufacture defective condition or incorrect printing, citing your order reference. In such cases, customer(s) will have to return the book(s) to us, at our Registered Address, at their expense and risk of loss. On receipt of the return, we will arrange the replacement for the same and that may take 5 to 10 working days. We will send the replacement at our cost.
· If we unable to replace the book(s) due to unavailability or any other reason, we will refund the relevant amount (including relevant shipping charges, if any) in full, if already paid in advance.
· If we are unable to supply any of the book(s) of your order, we will refund the relevant amount (including relevant shipping charges, if any) in full, if already paid by customer.
· Refunds for damaged books in shipping and transit are not permitted.
· We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store.
· Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team.
· And after we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order or the customer will get refund as a bank transfer into their account (if requested) within 10 days.
· Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
